I cold brew this tea in large batches not just as a refreshing beverage (amazing during the hot summer!) but also as a regular drink as it significantly improves my digestion. Mint has always been helpful with that, but the other additions in this mix make it go above and beyond. If you aren't sure about it hit, cold brew it just like cold brew coffee and give it a go!

Peppermint, then licorice, then cloves, then back to peppermint. That was my experience with this tea unsweetened. Then I added Splenda and the tea completely changed. Sweet licorice took the stage with mint in the background. I usually drink my tea with cream, but when I added the cream, I lost most of the other flavors and was left with creamy peppermint. I drink peppermint tea almost every night, and I normally add cream, but I plan to hold it on my next brew of Mystic Mint. This tea was a pleasant change of pace.
