How It Works
We feature 12-15 different teas in our subscription boxes each month. Our software selects the teas we think you'll enjoy the most based on your tea profile.
You can create a tea profile before creating a subscription, immediately after signing up, or skip it entirely.
If you've submitted a Tea Profile and would like to make changes, please fill out the form again. Our system will always use the latest submission.
For minor edits, please contact us directly.
Our tea profile system works off the email address associated with the subscription.
In most cases the buyer email is the one associated with the subscription (we do not collect a gift recipient email address on checkout.)
Please contact us if you need to set up a gift recipient tea profile.
If you received a tea in your subscription that you didn't like, please contact us and we'll make it right.
