We understand how important it is for tea drinkers to receive teas they'll love while avoiding those they won't.

Our subscription features 12-15 monthly teas (new teas eery month), and our Tea Profile System considers all your preferences to send you the teas you'll enjoy the most.

After purchasing a gift subscription, you will be invited to fill out a gift form, which provides instructions for your recipient on how to create their own Tea Profile.

Each pouch contains 0.8 oz (22.5 g) of tea. This is enough for about 8-10 cups per pouch.

Some of our teas may be lighter or heavier than this general average. For example, Chamomiles are very light and herbals with dried berries can be much heavier.

We source our teas from top tea companies in North America and overseas. After personally tasting thousands of teas, we've curated our favorite selections for our subscription.

Our customers also have a significant influence on which teas make it into our offerings.

After 10 years in business, we've shipped millions of tea pouches to hundreds of thousands of customers. We maintain a roster of about 300 teas, keeping those that are loved and dropping those that are not.

Teas are only repeated in our subscription after 10-12 months.

The first box of your gift subscription will ship within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri.)

If you sign up before the 25th, your first box will be the current month's box. Your second box will be next month's box.

If you sign up after the 25th, your first box will be the next month's box.

Regular monthly shipments go out around the 7th of the month.

Ex 1: You sign up April 20th. Your first box ships right away and your next shipment is the May box, which ships around May 7th.

Ex 2: You sign up April 27th. Your first box will be the May box.

You can pause or skip your gift subscription anytime by logging into your account.

Please note that gift subscriptions are owned by the buyer. When the order is created, an account to manage the subscription is created for the buyer's email address. It is not recommended that you use the gift recipient's email address on the checkout form.

We ship to all United States mailing addresses, including US military overseas.
