Nice evening tea

I like this brand of teas and I like to drink the valerian before bed to help me relax I can’t really tell if it works or not but just having a cup of tea at night is another way to wind down. I’m not a real big fan of the flavor though.

It smells medicinal, but tastes great and definitely helps my husband fall asleep easier

Love it!! Strong smell, but far better than other valerian supplements I've taken. It tastes great and has markedly improved my quality of sleep.

Valerian Dream Is A Dream

I purchased this tea specifically to help me fall asleep and stay asleep without medication, and it does exactly that. I've played around a bit with the concentration, and I find a slightly weaker tea than the package directions works best for me. I sweeten it with a tablespoon of honey. Also, and weirdly, my cat seems to think this is catnip - she went crazy when I first opened the package.
