Simple Earl Grey is a classic Earl Grey Black Tea that uses a wonderful South Indian Black Tea. When first opening this tea, you’ll smell the telltale citrus bergamot. But smell a second time and you’ll catch the scent of rich orange zest that is a little sweeter than other bergamots.

Enjoy this tea hot to enjoy it in the classic style or brew sun tea and serve with a slice of orange to really brighten this lovely tea.

Brew @ 200°F using 2-3 grams per cup for 3 minutes

Best Earl Grey Yet

I’ve had a lot of Earl Grey teas, since it’s my husband’s favorite tea. But this one is the best yet, even my picky husband loves it. I made a hot tea once for each of us, since that’s how he’s used to having tea, and then I’ve made it into ice tea a number of times. I even made another brand I had bought, to compare. Simply Loose was so much better, it had subtle nuances to it, smooth tasting, and not over powering.like others. I was actually able to make 2 pitchers of overnight ice tea with the same tea leaves, I just put in another tsp. of tea the second time around. Now I make 6 cups at a time, and there was no taste difference between the first pitcher and the second. I’m sold. 😋

I am a big Earl Grey fan. This slight floral update makes this my favorite version. Well balanced and delicious.
