A rare treat our Sencha Blossom. When you open this tea hold the container 2 or 3 inches from your nose and gently move it back and forth. The scent of fresh cut rose blossoms in full bloom is what you’ll discover.

Sencha Blossom is a mind and delicate tea that you should ease into when brewing. Start with a short 2-minute brew and add 30 seconds for each brewing. Doing a cold brew with this tea would also do it justice.

Brew @ 180°F using 2-3 grams per cup for 2-3 minutes

I got this tea as part of a sampler subscription my lovely partner signed me up for as a birthday present. It was so good, I had to buy the full size canister. The rose flavor is bold but light and floral. The resulting tea is light in color, great with a little honey, and I actually love it over ice. Currently trying it out in my cold brew pitcher for tomorrow. I never liked rose flavor very much but this is just excellent honestly.
