Fresh-cut grass and walnuts.

Reminiscent of fresh-cut grass and walnuts. Clean and crisp mouthfeel when unsweetened. Not mild or strong but a balance somewhere in the middle from a 4-minute steep. After adding sweetener (Splenda) the nuttiness was accentuated with a slight floral finish. After adding cream the flavors were drowned out a bit and the creamy mouthfeel took over. My next cup of this tea will be without cream. I would recommend this tea if you are more of a purist and do not want added flavors. If you like simple and mild, I recommend a 3-minute steep or even steeping this Eastern Style.
