1. Proper English Breakfast

- ½ of ripe banana, frozen or fresh, peeled and chopped

- 1 heaped teaspoon of matcha tea powder
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Add banana, kale, and milk into your blender. If you prefer a slushy texture, use frozen ingredients. Add sifted matcha tea powder and the optional ingredients if you want to make it sweeter. Blend for 30-60 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve.
