How It Works
Our personalization system uses the the email address associated with a subscription to match a shipment with a tea profile.
Please Note: If there is more than one subscription with the same email address, both subscriptions will use the same Personalized Tea Profile.
FAQs
Once a profile is submitted it cannot be changed. To make changes, you must submit a new profile. Our system will always use the most recently submitted profile.
If you have a minor change you'd like to make and you don't want to fill out the entire form again, please contact us and we can make the change for you.
Please contact us if you have received a tea type, ingredient, or flavor you didn't like. It's possible your tea profile has an error and we'll fix it for you right away!
Gift Subscriptions
By default, the email address associated with a gift subscription will be the buyer's email.
In order to personalize your gift subscription, we must move the gift subscription into a separate customer account owned by the gift recipient.
NOTE: If the gift buyers has their own subscription and has created a Personalized Tea Profile for themselves, both their subscription and the one they're gifting to you will use that profile.
